Allianz Trade Benelux is growing! We currently have an excellent, new, permanent opportunity for a Senior Credit Analyst located in The Netherlands (Den Bosch). The primary scope of this role is to proactively manage a portfolio of buyers, visit buyers in order to gather appropriate level of information to assess them and represent Allianz Trade locally in front of buyers.

The position reports to the Head of Credit Assessment Benelux

Main Challenges

• Proactively manages portfolio of buyers
• Visit buyers
• Gathers financial information to assess buyers
• Define correct credit rating to minimize losses

Key Responsibilities - What you do

• Maintaining contact with Finance Directors and Treasurers of buyers through visits, telephone and written correspondence.
• Managing a portfolio of high risk companies (buyers).
• Perform financial and credit analysis to determine the appropriate credit rating of company being analyzed
• Writing comprehensive risk reports and presenting them to the local credit committee.
• Act as a credit knowledge center for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze all information available to apply a consistent Credit Rating Methodology across the portfolio and make detailed recommendations to the Benelux Credit Risk Committee.
• Contribute to Allianz Trade growth ambitions by supporting the Commercial Department with ad-hoc analysis and qualified business leads

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master in Economics, Finance Banking, Business Administration or Risk Management.
• 5+ years of working experience in the financial management, Credit Insurance, Risk/Banking-Corporate industry.
• Extended knowledge of Financial analysis, Risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with the ability to communicate with internal and external parties in a collaborative and positive manner.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
